Making a difference for children in state care

Over the past few weeks two significant reports on the experiences of New Zealand's vulnerable children while in state care have been released: The Children's Commissioner’s State of Care 2015 report and the Expert Panel’s interim report on the Modernisation of Child, Youth and Family.
