The results of the 2013 client satisfaction survey have been released, and they tell a positive story about the difference we’re making in the lives of the children, young people and families we work with.

The survey was a snapshot of people using our child and family services in one week in early December, and asked whether we treated our clients well, supported them, and made a difference in their own or their children’s lives.
