Gerardine Clifford

Gerardine has over 20 years experience in working with and developing strategies to meet the needs of Pacific peoples. She has worked in predominantly in the Public and Community sectors and she is currently the Chief Executive of Taeaomanino Trust - the largest Pacific provider in the lower North Island.

Joining the Board in 2009 was an exciting prospect for Gerardine who believes that Pacific children, families and communities will benefit from the organisations expertise. Likewise Barnardos will benefit from having input from wider sectors of the community.

Gerardine has two young children and two teenage stepchildren, like the Barnardos vision, she wants NZ to be a place where their hope and potential is nurtured. Gerardine has a Masters in Business Administration.
