Research Statement
Barnardos is committed to research as a means to grow best practice.
We aim to ensure that our initiatives are based on the best available evidence. This includes the experiences and views of children and their families, and professionals working in the areas of early childhood education and social work.
Barnardos welcomes opportunities to work collaboratively with researchers on areas of mutual interest.
Researchers and students are invited to put forward proposals for research projects related to Barnardos services and areas of interest.
Ethics
Barnardos aims to ensure that all our research is conducted to high ethical standards. We work to a statement of research and evaluation ethics.
